Harvest: entirely by hand, in October
Vinification: traditional steeping on the skins for about 25 days with trough pumping (three times a day in the initial stage) in Slavonian oak tank
Aging: 3 years – 50% in French oak tonneaux of 5 tons and 50% in Slavonian oak cask of 6 tons
Aging in bottle: 18 months
Average alcoholic content: 14 grade
